Southport Rowing Club have been established for over 20 years, and fortunate to be based on the Marine Lake at Southport. The club rows mainly for recreation twice a week all year round, however has participated in local competitions throughout the years. Our boathouse is currently located within Southport Pleasureland near to the Miniature Railway South Station.
As a club, we are are always interested in new members who have rowed before, and for beginners who wish to get involved. We run introductory learn to row courses and when these are not available, we coach new starters in the training boat.
